New Okeechobee County Agri-Civic Center Okeechobee, FL

Splinter Productions is proud to announce that they teamed with Florida Gang Investigators Associations to produce a statewide bike rally to bring those together with the desire to do their part in building a Gang Free Florida.  All proceeds generated from the rallies will go towards the development of additional programs and events dedicated to gang awareness, prevention and intervention.
